“Wasn’t as close as I thought. Instructions indicated that you have to get a ticket on the way in, we never got one, no one there to ask for help. The surfaces were very uneven so hard to pull your suitcase or it could damage your suitcase wheels. On return we tried to exit the barrier and the machine tried to say we owed £95 although I had booked and paid in advance
