“Quick and easy system from the booking to using the carpark. Arrive at the barriers, it reads the plate, park the car and get on the bus. No need to hand the keys in, speak to people etc. On return the bus was easy to locate and took us straight to our car, again easy to exit by driving up to the barrier. Would highly recommend”
“The location was great and very easy to enter/exit. The system recognises the car registration and you keep your keys. The email and signage around the car park states I should get a ticket on arrival and need to use this to exit, however, this did not happen as it appears to be ticketless, so the email information is incorrect.
I waited around 17 minutes for each of my shuttle transfers, not 10 minutes as described.”
“Never used it as my wife was taken ill the night before we were due to fly. Still getting emails thanking us for using them, you'd think they would know if we were there or not.
Unable to cancel as too close to arrival date.”
