“Service atrocious! We were told we owed £140 even although we had to come home 3 days early from our holiday and had prepaid. We came home early because My mother in law was dying and we were going from the airport straight to the hospital. The “manager” would not allow us to leave the carpark for over an hour. We had the email confirmation of our booking and had already told him that our booking did not have the car registration number on it, we don’t know why. He finally said he’d found our reservation and said sorry for the wait and then cut us off. He refused to let us speak to his manager and refused to come to the car park to speak to us. Shame on you!!!”
