“The machine failed to recognise my number plate on the way in, so I had to ask for advice, then reverse out and use another lane. When leaving, I tried to follow the instructions on the sheet I had received in advance, but I did not have a ticket from original entry. When I called for assistance, I was told those instructions were wrong and outdated. However, the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful, and after checkiing my reference no, he allowed my exit.”
“Good location,frequent buses and reasonable price. But bus driver ignored us approaching closest stop and it was only becuase other people were boarding at the last stop in the carpark that we were able to catch this bus. And he was very grumpy and discourteous.”
