“I booked myself and my sons cars in June 1st to 11th, booking ref K0HL8 and K0HL9. Upon arrival for KOHL9 the booking was not recognised, and the same on the way back. I have used APH regularly and pay, what i regard as a premium price for a premium service. This was not premium service. I will be on holiday again in September and will be reconsidering which car park service I will use in the future. Thanks B”
