“Pre-paid for long stay parking on arrival at the car park the number plate was recognised and barrier lifted no ticket issued so we parked and went on holiday. On return when trying to exit the barrier it was asking for a ticket to be used (which we didn’t have as we weren’t issued with one) or payment £200 to exit.had to call the helpline to explain id pre paid before we could exit the car park. Poor system either use number plate recognition properly or don’t bother.”

Just on Sunday after the landing, in the rainy and cold weather, we had to wait for the bus almost an hour to be dropped at the carpark.
Otherwise, all is good.”
