“Only issue was that when we had returned from holiday and we were exiting the carpark to find the barrier would not open. On the screen it stated we owed £155.00 for our parking. I had retrieved my carpark booking email and called the contact number only to be informed the number was not recognised. After a few attempts to get out the carpark, I had pressed the help button on the machine. The attendant asked us to verify our registration number and name. They asked if it stated on the machine that we were to pay, I asked the attendant if they required my booking reference number, the attendant then opened the barrier and we left the carpark. This issue caused some frustration and anxiety. Hopefully others have not been caught out and paid the amount shown on the machine to exit the carpark.”
