“Definitely the most convenient and close to the terminal with both a covered wall bridge on the second floor and an uncovered walkway on the ground floor. It’s well signposted from the entrance however it’s a nightmare inside the car park. The ground floor is reserved for one hour parking and emirates chauffeurs which isn’t immediately clear, we went through every floor before finding a space on the very top outside level. The automatic signage indicating free spaces doesn’t work properly. Also, the ANPR wasn’t working so the weekly rate was displayed on leaving and the barrier had to be manually opened after sharing pre booking details with the help agent. Overall, the closest car park but poorly organised and laid out.”
“Brilliant service from start to finish. Easy to book, chaps guiding us to a space when we arrived, less than 5 min walk to check in, lighting great at night and no problems getting out.”
“This is a great location to leave our car while on holiday although quite expensive. We did have an issue when leaving the carpark - on level 2 we inserted our ticket into the exit barrier and made our way down to the ground floor exit, inserted our ticket into this next barrier ticket machine and had to get assistance from member of staff to allow us to exit the carpark - was a bit of a shock when the machine told me that we owed £307 !!! Anyway was sorted after about 5 mins.”
