“Not recommended if you own a Tesla, paid for the more expensive park and charge for my M3. On arrival at the car park I was asked to disable sentry from inside the vehicle which I did, however whilst away I turned sentry mode off from my mobile on two occasions as it appears when the car is moved sentry mode reactivates, unfortunately this was not turned back off by the parking assistants so on arrival at Gatwick at 11pm I returned to my vehicle which only had 53% of charge which was not enough for my journey back to Birmingham. I also had a message on my Tesla app to say that sentry mode had been on for an extended period of time. I then had to use a supercharger near Gatwick so that we could continue our journey home. Enquiry raised and have had an email to say the investigation would take 7-10 days. No refund or even part refund at this stage. Unfortunately I never received what I paid for and will not be using again for my Tesla. The customer service was good and a supervisor came and spoke to me about my concerns, but I will still need to wait for them to conclude their investigation to see what happens next.”
