“Extremely well organised both drop off and pick up. Waited approx 10 minutes for bus when returning. Car charged as promised and only service provider to give this option for an EV. And a great price. Will use again 100%!!”

“The whole reason for choosing APH Park & ride with EV charging was to have my EV charged ready for my return. Unfortunately it wasn't due to human error! Although APH (without any hesitation) offered to pay for the subsequent 100% charge, I had to waste time stopping at Cobbam Services for my return journey to Birmigham, adding an hour to my journey and taking me into rush-hour traffic. So unfortunately, based on my own experience, I can't recommend using APH! The staff were very appologetic and friendly, the operation looked professional and slick, but the whole point was the EV charging - which failed!”
