“Perfect organisation and customer service. I was quite disappointed to find my car only 80% charged after leaving it for a week and it was 40% before dropping off.. I understood it would be moved to non-charging once charged up, but perhaps there was a time limit which I didn't see in the Terms. Fortunately, I got home OK.”
“arrived at aph @ 0300hrs.checked in...bus driver loaded cases for us and drove to terminal ,unloaded our cases for us.We are both in our 70s and disabled, without his help we would have struggled.On our return it was a repeat performance.At the carpark our EV had been parked close to reception for us which was a great help.”
