“Very friendly staff made the booking in a breeze. Driver of bus was also friendly and helped with the cases. When he droped us off explained where to go and where to pick up the bus on the return.
when I returned was wainting for the bus for about 2 minutes. Again very helpfull driver with the cases.
Back at the office again very friendly staff handed over the keys and told me where the car was parked.
Got to the car and found it had been charged up ready to go.”
“Everything was seamless and organised and so simple. Only thing I felt a bit annoyed by was, when I arrived late after a cancelled flight (next day) while I didn’t mind paying the late charge, I did mind being told by the staff behind the counter that ‘oh don’t email us to tell us you’ll be late we’ll never see that, you should have phoned’ and eyes were rolled.
It’s my understanding that whatever contact details are available, I’ll use at my leisure. I did receive an automated reply saying APH was equipped to deal with but not to panic and I may be charged so I assumed all would be okay.
So don’t really appreciate the attitude
