Exeter Airport Long Stay 3 Reviews

4.2 Rating 57 Reviews
Easy to find. Convenient for the terminal - although the short walk back through the Devonian rain seemed longer! Lots of puddles - it was a good thing we were wearing our walking boots! We were delayed by two days but the parking authorities were very helpful regarding our return. Would use them again.

All fine till we went to exit and the ticket wasn't accepted and wanted to charge £280 but after waiting ages for the assistance button which created a massive queue and then looked it up and seen was prepaid so opened barrier

Everything went well on arrival. On exiting the car park despite being prebooked for 10 days the machine stated I had overstayed and wanted to change £255. Contacted the attendant via the ticket machine he lifted the barrier and wanted me to go to car park 2 to verify my pre booking. We did that but was another increased delay which we could have done without. Whilst waiting to see the attendant two other people came into the office and another called on the car park system with the same issue. Please sort out the software please.

Short walk to / from airport building. Although walkway in car park not best for wheeled cases. Number plate recognition worked ok both in and put.

Have used Long Stay 3 many times over the years and always found it easy to use with space available. The only issue is the number of spaces reserved for hire cars nearest to the exits.
