If a customer's car has to be parked at the far end of the car park (i.e. Section K onwards,) then pulling a case over the rough surface as far as the entrance, as I found out, is taxing and exhausting. I took far longer than the 15 minutes advised by the authority and had to pace myself by resting some half a dozen times. This needs to be addressed as it makes for a very stressful start to any journey and especially so for the elderly passenger. (I am a reasonably active 89 year old). On return I left my case between two hire cars near the entrance and made a rapid return to my car and an even more swift return to pick up the case.
