very easily the directions given were spot on. No problems would use again.”
“The service is fit for purpose and convenient in our experience. However we encountered a problem upon our return, a failed battery. We were obliged to call the AA and wait for them to attend (2 hour wait) for a five minute repair, by way of a power-packed boost. Unfortunately the site, (during regular office hours) could not provide a power pack loan, which seems inadequate, when the likelihood of such an occurrence is hardly surprising. It was inconvenient, but not disastrous.”

“The instructions prior to arrival were incorrect, they suggested dropping off keys. On arrival in transpired that this was outdated and we just parked up and kept our keys. We were required to provide our booking reference and leave it on display in the window, we were lucky we managed to find some paper and a pen to be able to do so.
Car park itself was ok, there were a few spaces on our arrival and only a short walk from the terminal.”

On arrival, no one at the park and ride so parked up and left the car, with parking details in the front car window. Kept the car keys as there was nowhere to leave them.
No problems with the parking or exiting the parking lot.
Ideal location for us. have used the system on numerous occasions without any problems.”
