“Was really simple to use. Drove in, parked up and walked the short walk to the terminal. Only issue is there’s a sign when you get there saying you need to leave your booking reference in the window (handwritten ok) luckily had a pen and paper. Really should let you know this little snippet BEFORE you are driving in to the car park!”
“Arrived early morning, barrier up and nobody on duty at site . Parked car and found nowhere to deposit keys as per email instructions. Signage said to put written car registration ion dashboard /windscreen . Why when you can see the registration on the actual car ♀️. Therefore kept hold of keys and picked up car on return barrier still up !!!drove home . Doubt if it’s secure at all ! Doubt if I will use again. Very disappointed.”
“Very easy to use and convenient to the airport
Was initially confusing as confirmation text stated you had to put car keys in secure box and on return you would be sent a code to exit the gate barrier. But you take your car keys with you and on return the barrier was already up assuming it somehow coincides with the flight arrival times. Overall now I know how it operates I would definitely use again.”
