“Surprised there was nobody in attendance for the outward journey and no one available on the return. Bit upset when I was charged 3 times. However soon got money refunded.”
“On arrival at the car park, there was no barrier for entry, so we drove straight in, found a space and parked. The sign on display stated "Leave your key in the deposit box", but alas access to the box is not possible. Rang the mobile number and was told to take my key with me and display parking confirmation on the windscreen.
On return access to parking was wide open to anyone with exit the same, i.e. no barrier. Security at this car park is a joke, so I will never use it again.”
“Booking confirmation said put keys in box. Arrived at 4.30am , pitch black, barrier up no signage for key drop. Phoned the mobile number, told just leave booking paperwork ( lucky I had printed confirmation off ) on dash. Key box info wrong. On return barrier still up, would appear this is not a secure car park.”
“I paid £89.98 before we went for parking when we tried to get out of the carpark they were asking for £300 and something £s to pay we hand to phone up and the man on the other end let us through but worried about booking again”
“Easy process & value for money, especially using Tesco club as vouchers.
The only slight criticism i is have would e that the process info sent via emails leading up were incorrect/out of date-it said there was a pin that would be sent to access drop for the key so it was confusing when there was nothing like it there. Yes there was correct instructions on the building but it would have been less confusing if the emails were correct. I would use this again saying that.”
“Very happy with the service. The phone call to let us know you had changed your process was much appreciated. The guy in the office when we collected our keys was friendly and directed us to our car.
