“After a 2hr drive I reached my parking zone unfortunately my registration was not recognised & I had to buzz for help. I can honestly say I’ve never been greeted by such a rude,arrogant,bad mannered unhelpful member of staff. I would like to take this opportunity to make an official complaint regarding this lady & I really hope something is done about her shocking attitude & you can track which member of your staff was on that shift so you can address or even listen if possible to how badly her attitude was.

A full refund would be a polite gesture & the right thing to do otherwise as a frequent flyer I most definitely will not be using your services.

“Some how we missed the sign to a car park at first. Found it eventually. There wasn’t many places available but plenty to choose from. Busy place. Entrance and exit was straight forward, no hassle. In and out. Brilliant. Very short distance to walk to the airport. Car was safe. No damages from other users of the car park. Will use it again when needed.”
