“Very good service . Booked online , simple easy process, received clear instruction for direction and on arrival was well signposted. Only criticism is when leaving car park security barrier was up and not working, and when the fob, which was given on arrival, was placed into the machine the machine stated I needed to pay £144. Bit disconcerting when I had already paid £40 for a 5 day period. Another wonderful example of modern technology that is designed to make life easier that ultimately doesn’t work or is poorly maintained. What is the point of safe secure parking if anyone can drive in or out ?.”
“On the positive side, it is well-signposted and easy to find. However, when I arrived the automatic number plate recognition did not work and I had to press the button for help. Then when I returned a week later to pick up the car, the barrier did not open when I drove up to it as it is supposed to do. THIS WAS THE 2ND TIME IN MY LAST 2 STAYS AT MID-STAY 3 THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED!

“I have used this carpark before but forgot how far it actually is from arrivals.its ok on outbound journey as departures is closer but quite a trek on way back especially in bad weather.i would probably use it in the summer but would think twice in winter”
