“All good but, because the barrier didn't rise immediately, I took a token and then the barrier rose. It would be useful to tell customers not to take a token. We were lucky because I called in at the parking office when we got back from our holiday and they said don't put the token in a pay maschine or we would be locked into having to pay the rate dispalyed.
As it was the barier didn't rise and I had to speak on the intercom to someone who found our booking and let the barrier rise.
So all fine, except a warrning re the token slot maybe needed?”
“Good communication received with regards to directions and instructions regarding what to do upon arrival to the car park. Paid £85 for the week which i felt was reasonable for on site parking. About 10 mins walk to the terminal, the main difficulty was finding the car in the dark when we got back. Would definitely use it again and recommend it to anyone.”
“I always use APH, i prefer their secure parks. Easy to find and park. Not so easy to find your way out of the car park, but that's not APHs issue. They need to influence the car park owner to improve arrows/signage. 2 mins to get in and park, 10 mins to get out at 3am could be better”
