“I was very happy with the service provided by East Midlands Meet & Greet. The only criticism I would have is that the office needs better signage to show where it is.”
“Office very close to terminal entrance. Good service overall but had to wait several minutes before anyone answered the call button to raise the barrier. Discovered too late that booking direct with East Midlands Airport would have given a 20% discount to Blue Badge holders.”
“Location is excellent. Car drop off is right next to the terminal. The car was delivered back efficiently upon our return making for a swift departure. Customer service is ok. When we arrived at the barrier they were insistent that we hadn’t booked, despite my relaying the booking number. Eventually it was sorted and we proceeded, but the attitude of the person on the other end of the intercom was a bit unnecessary considering it was not my error but that of the system. Could have been a bit friendlier on return too. I wouldn’t let this put me off of rebooking though.”
