“Dropping off was good great customer Service however when we returned to pick up our vehicle we were told that our vehicle was parked in one of the biggest spots we were given a number and we had to walk randomly back-and-forth trying to find the sequence of the numbers. we didn’t know where our vehicle was parked, it turns out it was parked right by the exit the furthest point away with three suitcases hand luggage and an exhausted five year-old. There was definitely no meeting or greeting on our return. They didn’t even get out of their seat. One guy just randomly waved his arm and said, follow the walkway you’ll find it , I hope it’s all captured on CCTV so this unacceptable behaviour can be reviewed and addressed”
“on arriving back to EMA at 1.30 am was told our meet and greet car was parked in the car park and were given directions as to where it was; when questioed as to why it wasnt within a reasonable distance for a disabled driver was told if they had known they would have bought the car closer WHAT IS THE POINT OF MEET AND GREET IF IT ISNT THERE AND WHY WOULD A COUPLE CELEBRATING THERE GOLDEN WEDDING BE WALKING ROUND A DARK CARPARK AT 1.30 AM ON A WET NIGHT .NEVER AGAIN ! TOTAL RUBBISH EVENTUALY A MEMBER OF STAFF CAME OUT OF THEIR OFFICE TO HELP SOMEONE NEEDS TO CLARIFY WHAT MEET AND GREET IS”
“We were received at meet and greet at East Midlands airport by a very helpful, polite and curtious gentleman who provided us with all the information we needed to drop our keys. It's so convenient to be very close to Depatures when going on holiday and when you return. I will certainly use this service again when we next fly out of East Midlands airport.”
