“Returned from Lanzarote to collect our car from East Midlands Meet & Greet to be told that our car had been damaged by one of their drivers. The driver had owned up to what he had done, they were very apologetic and they have admitted liability. Just takes the pleasure away from your holiday plus all the hassle of getting repair quotes and the inconvenience of getting the car repaired. Appreciate the fact that they owned up to it but they really should take more care.”
