“Third time using the service and second time we’ve come back to damage on the car. First time it was minor and we were unsure. Hard work getting a response or acknowledgment. Second time is a scuff mark and definitely done by them. Now we wait to see if they accept liability.”
“Excellent directions to the Meet and Greet area, courteous polite staff at the check in/out desk. Hassle free. Would be better if there was one way in and out of the office. . It would be helpful to have a map of the car park outside the meet and greet office”
