Received a phone call from M&G, whilst waiting for plane to return to UK.Unable to start our car.
We were able to then contact AA to arrange for them to attend.
As car was stored off site, the M& G arranged travel for us to attend the off site parking, to meet AA who proceeded to 'start' the car for onward journey home. Sorted in no time.
