“Brilliant as always, so convenient with a quick efficient check in. Just one thing that can be improved and that was partially down to me not mentioning that my husband has a blue badge as he can't walk far. This is not normally a problem but this time our car was parked the furthest away from the office, bay 104 I think. The guy in the office did offer to fetch it for us but they were quite busy so I declined. Maybe you could ask if the client has a blue badge when booking? That could then influence where the car is parked for collection”
