“Directions to park were easy to follow staff were very polite and friendly and the car park was as stated literally a 2 minute walk to both departures and arrivals would definitely use again”

However, on returning to my vehicle it was not in the condition I left it in; there was a scuff mark on the wheel arch. It was dealt with swiftly on the day, but I am still awaiting correspondence from the customer feedback team. Not a great experience...”
