“The process was seemless from dropping the car off to collecting it after our holiday. We would definitely recommend this service and would use again.”
“The car park is in a great location. So easy to park going, and easy to collect car for home. Easy to offload your keys and pick up again. Staff are friendly and helpful. Takes no time at all. Only issue I have is the changing of the charges each time? It’s not a constant price it seems to fluctuate, I don’t understand why?”
“Usually its a very good service but this time not so good .
We had to wait ages for them to answer the buzzer when we arrived. Then they couldn't find our booking and went off for another 5 minutes. They eventually let us in to park but when we got to the office they still couldn't find us on the system.
Luckily I had a printed copy of our booking and EVENTUALLY they found it.
Luckily we were in plenty of time for the flight, but it wasn't a very good start to our holiday.
All was OK on our return and it won't stop me using them again.
Just hope the blip on the system doesn't happen again.”
