“My only problem ,as always,is the arrival signing which should be far clearer when coming in the main airport entrance and at the meet and greet roundabout.”
“Due to the closure of DSA Airport this was our first visit for 6/7 years to EMA, we found it was a quick painless process, from arrival at the gate, receiving clear concise instructions on where to park and a pleasant greeting from the staff in the meet and greet office, again given information on where to go next and a resume of what to do on our return.
Upon our return again a pleasant polite encounter with the staff who gave us precise clear info on where to find our car and how to exit the car park.
To be perfectly frank I believe the only way the service we received could have been improved would have been to have supplied us with tea and biscuits. ( tongue in cheek)”
