“staff were great, had to change booking dates due to illness but they sorted this out.
One downside was booking was through APH, when I contacted them about changing the booking they were no help as I was not parking on one of their sites.
APH booking included a phone number of who to contact about the booking BUT THIS PHONE NUMBER IS WRONG!, it was not to meet and greet but to standard airport parking who could only provide the correct phone number.”
“The meet & Greet reception area was very well signposted once on the airport grounds. The staff as usual was very efficient with clear instructions as to where to leave our car. On return our car was ready and waiting and again with clear instructions as to where it was parked.”
“Incredibly efficient service, first rate staff, nothing is too much trouble for them. They all clearly keen to impress customers and do so with aplomb. If I could give them 10 stars I would do, brilliant all round and so much easier than the other car parks at EMA”
