“When arrived told to leave car park as booking not found,tried to phone Aph no contact available only email,,4am and stuck with no help ,,,,reattempt to enter car park and this time booking found by same staff,no apology not great stat to holiday”
“A easy way to park your car, no queueing, next to terminal. Return straight forward, staff told us were car was, easy exit on to main roads. Staff excellent.”
“A bit on the expensive side but much better than getting a shuttle bus. Finding the entrance was straightforward and clear instructions were given at the photo booth as to where to park and find the office, which was a short walk from the car. The reception staff were very pleasant and polite and after leaving the key and taking the receipt we were soon into the check-in area. On return, the key was returned on presentation of the receipt and we were told where to find the car by following the Red Line on the pavements. The only negative was that this was a fairly long walk with bags along a narrow pavement which was pretty crowded with cases and golf bags etc. as some people seemed to be waiting for others to fetch their car. Would use again if we fly from EMA in the future.”
