“I found the meet and greet at East Midlands Airport to be very good and straightforward. We went to the airport a week or so prior to parking to familiarise ourselfs with it as we always do when going somewhere different. The staff was very helpful and the office is very near to the car drop off and collection points. My only critism is that there ought to be a canopy outside the office building where fellow passengers can wait if is raining whilst the lead passenger takes the keys to the office. Will definitely use again.”
