“Buses to the airport were convenient and friendly. Car park is not fully surfaces so there are big boulders on the roads making it tricky to pull your case along.
On our return at midnight when 3 flights had landed at the same time there was a huge queue for the bus and a long wait. When there are a few flights incoming at this time it would be sensible to have buses ready to take passengers back - it is easy to look at the arrivals board and judge how many would be required. Car park flooring also needs attention. Bus on return journey should announce which jet park he is in as in the dark we were unsure if it was 1 or 2. Would use a car park closer next time and one that is fully surfaced with tarmac”
“Easy enough to get to from the A50, just careful watch on the satnav. Arrival noted on camera ANPR opened to a car park where we choose where to park, remember the place with a photo and walk a few yards to the bus stop. Dropped right outside and easy find on return”
“We waited 50 mins for a bus on the 29th July early in the morning. The bus when it arrived was absolutely rammed and lots of stressed people who were worried about missing their flight. Helpline number wasn't open as it was 5am. I've used previously and it was fine, and was ok on the way back. Added stress before travelling.”
