“Pathetic would be my assessment of Jet Parks 2.
On my outward journey after parking in the car park, I had to walk the one and a half miles to the Terminal as there were NO shuttle buses doing their job.
I wasn't alone in this as there were other families having to walk to ensure being at the terminal to catch the outbound journey.
YOU FAILED to provide the service you should have and that's why i will tell everyone I can how you do not fulfill your obligations. I will not reuse your services as there are other alternatives and better services. I have also reviewed on Trust Pilot and a Tui representative messaged you giving you e-mail details to contact me but it has been ignored as to your lack of service and DUTY OF CARE.
There were elderly people who wouldn't have made the journey at that time in a morning and in inclement weather.
I have had Operations on my knees which resulted in me being in pain the whole of the holiday as a result of this. I couldn't explore and it ruined my time away”
“Always use Aph parking easily located and only a 5 minute bus ride to the terminal. On arrival back in the UK there is bus within 5 minutes ready to whisk you back to car .”
