“Used APH many times now and this is the first time that I have been less than happy. On our arrival I missed the jet parks 2 sign, it is not well-illuminated . Having parked we waited about 30 minutes for the bus and it seems that it only came then another passenger complained to staff who were in a nearby office.”
“One improvement I would suggest is numbered parking bays. I parked my car in the dark and couldn’t recognise my location after 2 weeks away.
Fully tarmac car parks would also improve the experience. Will use you again”
“At 3 am the signage for Jet parks 1 & 2 is poor, I believe the signs should be illuminated, so I missed the entrance and had to double back. Once in parking was quick and a shuttle bus was there within 10 minutes. On return, I went to where the shuttle busses were, the 1st had a rolling sign on it saying Jet Parks, I asked the driver if he was going to Jet Parks 2 and he said yes. After entering the Long stay car parks I suspected something was amiss. I asked the driver again if I was going to JP 2 and he said "No, I must have misheard you" The driver dropped us off on the way back to the airport, I asked if he could drop us off at the JP 2 island but he said no. 20 minutes to walk back to the car with rucksacks and suitcases! On leaving the car park, again it was not my day, I went into the bus gate, again the signage was poor.”
“Parking was fine but took a long while to find a parking spot, getting out at 1am when we arrived home was a joke Ques of cars as the barriers wasn’t working. I’ve emailed complaining but not heard anything back yet. I wouldn’t reccomended unfortunately”
