“Everything smooth apart from one exit barrier not working causing a bit of chaos on exit with people having to back up and reposition to the other exit barrier.”
“Transfer from the car park to airport went well as expected, but on return I went to the bus stop, there were 2 buses waiting the first had on the front long stay car parks, the second bus displayed on front jet parks 1 & 2. I went to this bus there was about 4 people on it, the driver kept the doors closed didn't let anybody on and when the first bus drove off to long stay car parks the second bus marked jet parks just drove off and followed. So everyone had to wait for the next bus. The driver could have easily opened the doors and explained why he wasn't letting people on instead of just driving off. The time was 1515hrs on Thursday 5th October. I hope you reply with an explanation of why this bus driver was so ignorant, the driver of the bus that did collect us was very pleasant.”
“I submitted the wrong time, and on arrival at the car park it would not let us in.
I spoke to someone on the intercom and they said we were early, even though they knew the flight time.
They let us in but said they'd be a extra charge. On return to the car park there was a £10 fee to pay to get out.
It says on there website there is a 6 hour grace each way which would have covered are early arrival. Will not be using your company again”
“I was delayed in Cyprus due to an accident but the customer service guy was only concerned about the £10 a day overcharge I had to pay £60. The guy commented that were still the cheapest. Great”
“Easy to find but very poorly lit at night and no signs directing you to the exit visible at night. When we reached the exit barrier it wasn't opening for any cars.”
