“We had a slight problem when scanning to enter the car park as we did not know that there were two gates in operation. When we found the right one there was no problem. But would definetly reccomend parking there.”
“We arrived to park our car in the Jet2 car park and the bus transfer driver stopped and waited for us after leaving the actual bus stop as he saw us rushing/struggling to try and catch his bus - this is the 1st compliment! Next we arrived in the departur area, I suddenly then relaised I had left my phone/bank card etc in my car, I quickly rushed to the arrival area to where the same bus driver had parked up ready for his next pick up sweep, the driver opened the bus door to me straight away and I explained what a plonker I was, the driver drove me straight off back to the jet park 2, quickly dropped me more or less where my car was to retrieve my phone etc and told me to go to the nearest bus stop and he'll do a sweep of the park for other pick ups and then he will get me back to deaparture as son as he could, the dirver also enquired to make sure I had time to get back to the check in desk. Please please thank your employee for his help, assistance and for actually caring. Thank you, thank you so much - this driver is a credit to your company!!!”
“A short (free) bus ride to the terminal, but was cheaper than our usual carpark - mid stay 3 - easier to exit the park to the main road. Access via number plate recognition. Will use again.”
