“On arrival the ANPR would not recognise our car registration & lift the barrier. After a lengthy discussion over the speaker giving our APH booking ref & car registration the barrier was lifted.The same happened on our return 1 week later. The lady answering the call was surly & insulting.
This exact same scenario happened in 2022 when we had a different car. That situation caused us great difficulty & stress with cars queueing behind us & there was nowhere to back our car in order to use the speaker.”
“The park has a very large capacity and is relatively easy to access if you follow the directions given in the booking email from APH.
Buses from the park to the terminal are quite frequent, though often rather crowded, and the journey takes about 10 to 15 minutes, with the drop-off point being very close to the Departures entrance. The pick up point for returning customers is slightly less convenient but still quite easy to find.
Overall, a great start to a holiday.”
“Easy to find and navigate, plenty of parking and regular buses. Only thing to note was on return the bus was full returning from the terminal and this caused chaos with people getting on and off the bus at stops. Would be better if there was a pick up bus and a drop off bus. That’s the only negative though!”
