“The service was simple - park up - no wait for the bus as they are regular - come out arrivals bus waiting so happy days The driver back to the car park could have been more helpful as we asked if his bus was for Jet2 no.2 carpark & he said it was however he watched us get off his bus knowing we were in Jet2 no.1. We could not find our car but then saw his bus leave no.1 carpark & enter another which we assumed was no. 2. Given that it was dark when we parked up & neither car park has a sign stating carpark 1 or 2 bus drivers could say which one they are in as they drive the route daily & we had never used airport parking before.”
“All good except one of the barriers didn't recognise my number plate when leaving. I had to reverse up and try the adjacent barrier and that worked. The bus out of jet parks on our arrival had a similar problem.”
