“Easy to park, you find your own space grab your luggage and get to the bus stop. We didn't wait more than 5 minutes either way. Automatic number plate recognition so no need to talk to anyone or scan anything.”
“The process was fine going out, however on landing we made our way to the pickup point. The driver loaded the bus with quite a few passengers, and then just as everyone settled, he turned off the bus and walked away for approx 10 mins. The problem with that was it was around 23c outside and humid and we were just left to sweat in a tin box. The driver then stood chatting with another driver outside. Many folks were complaining of being hot and that you can't do that to animals let alone humans. There is no ventilation on the bus unless its moving. Eventually I knocked the window to get his attention and asked him to open the doors to allow some air in, to be told there is nothing he can do, we'll be going soon? This overshadowed an otherwise decent service. I appreciate he may need the toilet or a break so why was it not within his communication skill to tell people that so they could get out for ten mins rather than being left feeling very uncomfortable. We were not impressed with the young man and his inability to recognise such a simple basic human need or communicate what was happening.”
“Parking no problem. On return Bus driver that confused us saying we had the wtong bus and needed the one just behind us that overtook and drove past us. He drove off leaving uson the footpath without another word and then we later saw him drive onto airparks.
We will not make that mistake again.
A second bus did however pick us up at one of the bus stops.”
“Unmanned parking, relying on EMA buses. Free for all to get on a bus as the drivers don’t care who gets on the bus or not. Not very relaxing or organised but did the job.”
