“So easy to get to park and fantastic for getting back straight onto motorway. Straight out of the car straight onto a bus and taken to airport entrance. Brilliant. Will continue to use as never had a problem with jet parks”
“I was not happy on return from trip as was dropped off at Jet Parks 1.. hunted for car could not find it... eventurally caught bus again and was taken to Jet Parks 2.. asked driver where U section was and he said he had not idea.. so left to search for car again... at 3 in the morning and very tired and 80 years old ... not impressed with the service... I can only identify the driver of the 2nd bus as having a turban and a beard... must admit not very helpful...!”
“Good service provided to me as a customer. Only issue was leaving the car park when the automatic barrier did not rise. I had to press a button to ask for assistance. After a few minutes the barrier was raised and I was able to drive out.”
“My flight was delayed by 23 hrs and wouldn't let me out the car park without extra payment.
This was not a problem except it wouldn't take the £10 payment and nobody to help. Eventually I found a token on the floor by the machine,put that in and it charged me £20 and then the barrier went up. Not a good end to my holiday and won't use again.”
