“The barrier actually worked (unlike most companies) it’s nice not having to “press the button” as the barrier wouldn’t open and be fed a load of rubbish as to why it didn’t work, excellent job thanks”
“It’s been a long time since using East Midlands airport, coming down from the north it would have been quicker and easier than LBA, apart from miles of road works. Getting off the M1and using the slip roads to the airport was a bit tricky.The journey to and from the airport to the car park was easy and straightforward.”

“A simple process to arrange and also simple to use on site. Turned up at Jet Parks 2 and number plat recognition lifts the barrier to allow entry (and the exit procedure is the same when you leave). Found a space parked up and found 1 of the 2 bus pick up points to the airport - its a 5 minute journey to the terminal. Only issue we had on our return from terminal to the Jet Park was the bus was overcrowed and getting suitcases off was more difficult than it should have been if less people were on the bus. That apart its quick simple and it works.”
“My daughter left a small light in the car before leaving because she forgot something and the bus was already at the bus stop. When we returned from holiday, unfortunately the battery in the car was flat. I am a bit disappointed that the parking attendants did not have the equipment(jump leads,jump starter) to start the engine or did not want to help.”
