“Easy to locate parking space and bus arrived quickly to take us to the terminal and on arrival back the bus was there within 5 minutes. Overall hassle free and good value for money.”
“On our arrival we looked for disabled bays which I had read there was in the additional information, was told there wasn't any.
On our departure packed bus from the airport then picked up more passengers who were heading for the airport, would be better to have a bus for picking up and dropping off at busy times, on the way to the bus stop unable to get luggage as so many people stood up, exit signs not clear, barrier wouldn't go up drove round again car in front had same issue, pressed the help button no answer, waited ages for it to go up, after a long flight and long wait at passport control at 3am in the morning it was disappointing it took so long to get on our onward journey”
“The Jet 2 carpark works well, although we just miseed a bus and it was very cold at 4.00am. but we were soon in the terminal building once a bus came along. I would use them again”
“Hi, on arrival at the car park at 2.00am in the morning, ourselves and others could not get out as the barrier wouldn’t open, people were driving around and banging on the windows of the pots-cabins trying to get help, people were prepared to break the barrier and very stressed about the situation-very poor and should not happen by you guys”
