“On returning I found my car had been scratched probably from a door of the next parked car. No one nearby at the back of the bus could hear the driver of the transfer bus returning to the car park when he was stating which car park we had entered nor the bus stop numbers we approached.
When the bus is so full not only is it hard to hear these locations but it’s also difficult to see any signs of the locations.”
