“Good value and straightforward. Always book when travel from EMA.
Downside is having to drive round to find a space to park- can take a while! Also when others park too close so that you cannot open the car door to get into it. Would be better if could have marked spaces.”

“Needs better signage. Jet Parks 1 and 2 are side by side and the signage inside is misleading. I was in Jet Parks 2, bus stop 3. There is no signage to say that you are now in Jet Parks 2. I assumed bus stop 3 was a continuation of Jet Parks 1. There is no bus stop 1 and 2 in Jet Parks 2, and Jet Parks 2 starts with bus stop 3. It's crazy! I ended up back at the arrivals area and had to re-do the journey. The driver was unhelpful, he could have announced where we were at each stop.”
