“We parked for 10 days, the camera accepted our car going in but coming out at 2am in the morning with about 10 other cars the exit barrier was out of order & each car was having to press the intercom in order to get out which took forever ! If they knew there was a problem opening the barrier would have been the best solution as you've already paid for the parking!!”
“Directions were a little unclear and I ended in the pickup. The parking was very good going bus in the 20 minutes. Coming back at 3am was a different experience. 2 buses were waiting for long stay car park but nothing for the jet parks. Bus driver had to message through to get a bus to pick up. Would definitely use again”
“Shuttle transport to the terminal excellent. However spaces should be wider. Pricing okay if you book well in advance. I do feel however that it is shocking how the price rises ridiculously the nearer to your travel date you book. I'm sure aph will say that's standard practice in the car park industry. That's no excuse and it doesn't make it right. I also feel you should be able to extend your booking if necessary which you currently can't.”
