“Only thing wants sorting out is the barrier as wouldn't let us in or out which is embarrassing when people are queuing behind you so apart from that the transfer bus and everything else was fine.”
“Got to the barrier and was told that they had no record of our booking. Eventually let in but was told we had to prove we had a booking in an office when we arrived back. We did this and was able to exit the car park but was anxious all holiday wondering if it would be resolved”
