“Easy enough to find with the sat nav. Saw a bus stop as I was driving in so found the closest space to this which was less than a minute’s walk back to the bus stop. Bus appeared within minutes and was just a short drive to the terminal building. On the way back, caught the bus from the same stance which again appeared very quickly. Same quick drive back and got in the car and left. Car in the same condition as I left it. Maybe I was just lucky, I don’t know - but I would absolutely use this parking again. All very easy and not a single piece of bad feedback to provide.”
“The return pick up was dreadful. There is no shelter at the pick-up point H and, if you’re unlucky enough to arrive and have to wait in the rain, it’s an unpleasant experience. Surely building a shelter wouldn’t break the bank and cause less misery for the service user.”
