“No problem booking or on arrival. However the bus, which is advertised to come round the car park every 10 minutes took at least 15 to pick us up on Friday 27th October at around 11.30am. On our return journey on Monday 30th October we waited well over 20 minutes for the bus at around 4pm with a huge queue behind us in the open air with no shelter. When the bus finally came it was with difficulty that all who were waiting managed to get aboard, standing tightly packed. I noted that there was at least one other bus not in use in the car park on that occasion. I suggest you change your advertising to "around 15 to 20 minutes" for pick up!”
