“A great easy to use service. Car park was easy to find and access to parking couldn't have been easier. The shuttle service to the departures was prompt and efficient.
Upon our return the bus arrived after a short wait and once again our departing experience was smooth and without issue.
We will use NCP Scotpark again.”

“No staff on hand, waited 15 minutes for bus to arrive to take us to airport, it was very packed, overcrowded, not everyone could get on. Quite stressful. Lack of staff. Also, the car parking spaces are so tight, we do not have a big car (Honda Jazz) it was difficult to get out and suit cases, has to get everyone out before parking car.”
“The car park is well situated and easily found. We didn't have to wait long for the transfer bus, I think they run every 10 mins or so.
A bit of advice though, make sure you have plenty of time booked for your arrival back at the car park. Our flight was delayed coming back due to a technical issue and I was 40 mins late getting back to the car. I had to pay an additional £16 paid at the gate to get out. A bit harsh as it was circumstances out with my control. You have been warned.”
